Ordering and Shipping
When ordering, please keep in mind that the engraving process takes time. We are usually able to complete smaller items in 1 to 2 weeks, but larger items may take 2 to 3 weeks. Christmas shoppers: Within California, December 15th is the last day to place orders to receive a shipment by December 24. Outside of California: December 12 is the last day to place orders to receive a shipment by December 24th.
INSPECT YOUR ORDER:
Upon receipt of your order that was shipped to you, please inspect the item(s) to ensure you have received the correct order and personalization. If there is a discrepancy in your order, contact us as soon as possible either via email or telephone so we may assist you.
REFUNDS:
We will honor a refund for merchandise that is defective, either by a manufacturing flaw or from the engraving process, within 30 (thirty) days from the time of purchase. Please go to the CONTACT PAGE and call or email us with your ORDER NUMBER for your requested refund.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL:
Personalized items CAN NOT be exchanged or refunded.
CANCELLATION:
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 3 business days from the date of purchase.
COUPONS:
All coupons can not be combined with any other offer. Coupons are good for the first 6 items until its expiration. Contact us for quantity order discounts.
